Analog Machines, Modern Mindset
I’ve been making music for over a decade. What started as a late-night hobby slowly turned into releases on various labels. Since synths cost more than music brings in, I also run a full-time graphic design studio to support both passions.
For me, design and music follow the same creative logic. In design, I work with color, form, and type; in music, it’s drums, basslines, and melodies. In both worlds I’m shaping elements until they click into something meaningful—whether it becomes a logo or a track.
All my music starts from the same place: a hardware jam late at night, just messing around for the fun of it. When something interesting happens—a sound, a sequence, a moment—I record it into Ableton. Later I refine those jams into full tracks by looping, cutting, and adding effects.
Using old vintage analog gear naturally ties my sound to Detroit and ’90s UK techno—genres I grew up with and still dig deeper into. I also run my labels, Lowercase Life and Loop of Life, releasing limited vinyl with handmade artwork covers.
